Admin FAQ's
  1. The Fee verbiage can be displayed as a dollar, % of Amt Financed, % of Finance Charge, Generic or Reimbursement.
  2. The Fee disclosure location for California and Non California must be set separately.
    1. Non California includes options of No Disclosure, Accept Rep, Front of PFA, Back of PFA or Letter.
    2. California does not include a "No Disclosure" Option.

Language and location

  1. Generic - Front or Back of PFA Language: “As and where permissible by law, Lender may compensate your insurance agent/broker for assisting in arranging the financing of your insurance premiums. If you have any questions about this compensation, you should contact your agent/broker.”
  2. Reimbursement - Front or Back of PFA Language: “Lender pays agency/broker an annual fixed fee to reimburse agency/broker for administrative services rendered to Lender in preparation and presentation of the premium finance agreement to its clients. Entry into this financing arrangement is not a condition of obtaining insurance. You may opt to pay the premium for such insurance without financing such premium or to obtain financing from some other source if you choose.”
    1. When: The above generic & reimbursement disclosure's would appear on a fee legal PFA when Generic or Reimbursement is chosen except when Accept Rep or NO Disclosure is selected.
  3. Accept Rep - The disclosure is in the Agents Representations and Warranties section of the PFA, section 11 and 13 respectively.
    1. Section 11 Language: “As and where permissible by law lender may compensate your agent/broker for assisting in arranging the financing of your insurance premiums. If you have any questions about this compensation you should contact your agent/broker.
    2. Section 13 Language: “The agent/broker has disclosed to the insured any compensation received from lender for arranging, directing or performing services in connection with this agreement.”
  4. No Disclosure: The disclosure is on the back of the PFA in section 11. 
    1. Language: “The agent/broker has disclosed to the insured any compensation received from lender for arranging, directing or performing services in connection with this agreement.”
  5. Letter: A separate letter will be used for the disclosure.
